"I HIGHLY recommend AZ POOL GURUS LLC for your pool maintenance and repairs. I recently purchased a home with a pool/spa. I had issues with the heater to the spa. I called out one company who couldn’t diagnose the issue and said they needed to contact the manufacturer of the heater… Well, two weeks I still had no information and paid an expensive fee for them to come out and tell me absolutely nothing. I contacted my realtor to find out if he could recommend someone. He got me in contact with a pool service, but their specialty was not in heaters, so they recommended AZ POOL GURUS LLC. I called and the owner (Lee) made time that afternoon to stop by to look at my heater. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.
Lee is highly intelligent when it comes to spa heaters and pool equipment. I had the utmost confidence in his ability to fix whatever was going wrong with my heater. I did eventually get a new heater and Lee put it in and put in all the automation for me as well, so I could just use my phone to start the spa heater, filter, etc….
Also, I switched to this company for my weekly pool maintenance as well. They send me a log (via email) every week with what was done and all my stats on the pool (chemical level, water temp, etc…), any potential issues and attach a picture of my pool.
